Turmeric, Pineapple & Ginger Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is refreshing. It’s sweet, ginger-y, tropical and warming from the turmeric. This bowl is packed with vitamin c, helps with digestion, has anti-inflammatory properties and healthy fats. Enjoy!

 

Serves : 1 | Time: 10 mins

 

INGRIDIENTS:

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 to 1 tsp Tribe turmeric powder
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup banana (sliced and frozen)
2 inch ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
2 tsp flax seed meal or chia seed
1/4 tsp black pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until everything is smooth. Taste and adjust the flavours as per your pallet. Serve in 1 large bowl. Consume immediately.
